This parcel includes everything you need for a safe and easy return.


Please take a moment to read the steps below before packing your item.

🎥 Important: Video recording is mandatory

 

For security and quality assurance, the entire packing process must be recorded clearly.

Please ensure that:

  • The video is continuous (no cuts or pauses)

  • The silver item is clearly visible

  • The video clearly shows the item being placed, packed, and sealed step by step

    This helps us ensure a smooth and fully insured return process.

📦 What’s inside your parcel?​

 

You will find:

  1. Golden Box

  2. Clear Plastic Pouch (inside the golden box)

  3. Small Courier Packet (labelled: Step 3)

  4. Big Courier Bag (labelled: Step 4)

🔄 How to pack your return (please record this)

Step 1

  • Put your silver item inside the clear plastic pouch

  • Ensure the item fits comfortably and the pouch is closed

Step 2

  • Put the pouch inside the golden box

  • Close the box securely

Step 3

  • Take the small courier packet (labelled: Step 3)

  • Place the golden tin box inside it

  • Seal it properly (by removing the tape on its top)

Step 4

  • Take the big courier bag (labelled: Step 4)

  • Place the sealed small courier packet inside it

  • Seal the bag securely (by removing the tape on its top)

(The return shipping details are already printed on this bag)

📩 What to do once packing is completed

 

Once your parcel is fully packed and sealed:

  • Please inform us that packing is completed

  • We will then share a secure link with you

  • Upload the recorded video using that link

 

After the video is verified:

  • We will arrange a fully insured return pickup from your address

  • You do not need to book or pay for any courier

  • Simply hand over the sealed parcel to the pickup executive when they arrive
